Synopsis:

Excepting from the offenses for which the Chief Judge of the District Court is required to design arrest - citation forms, specified offenses by juveniles and other violations as expressly provided by law; requiring the Chief Judge to cause the District Court to print uniform motor vehicle citation forms and specified other uniform statewide citation forms; requiring that citations for specified violations be in a format prescribed by the State Court Administrator; etc.
