State Parks - Veterans - Free Admission and Use

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources on request to issue to veterans who have an honorable discharge from active service a lifetime pass for free admission to and use of State parks; and authorizing the Department to restrict veterans' free admission to and use of an individual State park if the park is being used to capacity.
