Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Mental Health Services - Cost of Living Adjustment

Synopsis:

Requiring that in each fiscal year in which the Bureau of Revenue Estimates projects a personal income growth of 4%, the fees paid by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to a community mental health services provider for providing mental health services to eligible individuals be adjusted annually by the rate of change in the medical component of the consumer price index, and that the annual rate may not exceed a maximum rate of 5%.
