Establishing the Resident Teacher Corps Pilot Program; requiring the State Superintendent of Schools to award resident teacher certificates and professional certificates to applicants who meet specified criteria; requiring the State Superintendent to submit a report assessing the effectiveness of the pilot program to the Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee on or before June 30, 2006; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
