Synopsis:

Providing for creation of a Family Security Trust Fund to reimburse losses caused by the wrongdoing of specified licensees of the State Board of Morticians; specifying the duties of trustees; requiring the adoption of regulations; authorizing the State Board of Morticians to assess an annual fee for a 2-year period and to specify penalties for nonpayment of fees; authorizing the trustees to enforce claims of restitution; providing that funds may not revert to the General Fund of the State; requiring a legislative audit; etc.
