Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Breaking and Entering of Shops Engaged in the Retail Sale of Guns; specifying the membership and duties of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to appoint a chairman; providing for staffing of the Task Force; providing that a member of the Task Force may not receive compensation but may receive a specified reimbursement; requiring the Task Force to provide a report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before a specified date; and providing for the termination of the Act.
