Synopsis:

Requiring specified pharmaceutical manufacturing companies to submit to the Maryland Health Care Commission on a specified form specified information relating to the detailing, promotional, and marketing activities of specified pharmaceutical manufacturing companies; exempting specified pharmaceutical manufacturing companies from the reporting requirements of the Act; requiring the Commission to compile a specified report and keep information about trade secrets confidential; etc.
