Lobbyist Registration Fund - Registration Fees and Reversion of Unused Funds

Synopsis:

Increasing the registration fee for specified regulated lobbyists from $20 to $50; requiring that any unused balance in the Lobbyist Registration Fund at the end of any fiscal year revert to the General Fund of the State; etc.
