Prohibiting a person, with intent to defraud, from manufacturing, counterfeiting, or causing, aiding, or assisting in counterfeiting United States currency; prohibiting a person, with intent to defraud, from making, scanning, recording, reproducing, transmitting, or possessing specified images of United States currency; establishing specified penalties; etc.
