Garrett County - Animal Control - Civil and Criminal Penalties

Synopsis:

Establishing that the County Commissioners of Garrett County may impose civil penalties for violations of specified animal control ordinances in Garrett County; authorizing the County Commissioners in Garrett County to provide for the prosecution of a violation of a specified animal control ordinance in a specified manner and to a specified extent; and providing that a specified criminal penalty does not apply in Garrett County.
