Cigarette Restitution Fund - Required Appropriations

Synopsis:

Providing that appropriations from the Cigarette Restitution Fund made for the purposes of the Maryland Medical Assistance Program may not be counted as appropriations satisfying the requirement that 50% of Cigarette Restitution Funds be appropriated for tobacco use prevention and cessation, cancer prevention, education, screening, and treatment, and various other tobacco and health related programs; applying the Act to fiscal years after 2004; etc.
