Entitled:
Income Tax - Income Tax Credit for Low Income Senior Citizens

Synopsis:

Allowing individuals who are at least 65 years old and eligible for the Senior Prescription Drug Program to claim a credit against the State income tax in a specified amount in specified taxable years; and applying the Act to tax years after December 31, 2002.
