Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - The Foundation School

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $2,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The Foundation Schools, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new Foundation School in Prince George's County, to be used as a school for students with emotional disturbances; and providing for the disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
