Entitled:
Local Gaming Accountability Act of 2003

Synopsis:

Requiring qualified organizations that conduct gaming events to submit a report every 6 months to the State Lottery Agency and the Attorney General; requiring that the report contain an accounting of all income raised by each gaming event and the disposition of that income; and authorizing the Attorney General to prohibit a county from allowing an organization to conduct a gaming event for up to 1 year under specified circumstances.
