Synopsis:

Authorizing Community Access Program grant recipients to establish a pilot program to coordinate health care provider reimbursements; providing for the enrollment requirements of the pilot program; providing for specified notice requirements; limiting participation in a pilot program to specified employers; providing that a pilot program is not subject to regulation by the Maryland Insurance Commissioner; requiring a pilot program to make a specified annual report; providing that the Act terminates on June 30, 2005; etc.
