applicants that hold an associate of arts in teaching degree from an
institution of postsecondary education in the State for a

elementary and secondary teachers by discipline that will be needed in
the public schools for the graduating year of the applicants;
requiring the applicant to meet the same academic standards and the
same total number of credits as a native student; etc.
