Synopsis:

Exempting in St. Mary's County outdoor motor sports facilities in Mechanicsville or Budds Creek that hold an alcoholic beverages license from the prohibition against a license holder allowing a person to drink on the licensed premises any alcoholic beverages not purchased from the license holder on the premises.
