Dogs - Licensing, Procedures, and Penalties - Debarking or Silencing

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a dog license from being issued unless the owner of the dog states on the application specified identifying information relating to the owner and the dog; requiring a local dog licensing official to follow specified procedures for a dog license and preserve specified registration information for a period of 3 years; prohibiting a person from providing false information on a dog license application regarding the debarking or silencing of a dog; etc.
