Synopsis:

Correcting the tax rate in the Charter for the Oakmont Special Taxing District to reflect the change to full value assessment and taxation of property as enacted by Chapter 80, Acts of 2000; and declaring the intent of the General Assembly that the impact of the Act be revenue neutral.
