Medicaid Reimbursement - Community-Based Services for Children with Disabilities

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to apply to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for an amendment to the State Medical Assistance Program to allow the Department to receive specified federal matching funds for part of specified residential care costs; requiring the Governor to include specified funds in the budget under specified conditions for the Subcabinet for Children, Youth, and Families Resource Fund to create a specified interagency pool; etc.
