Synopsis:

Requiring the Insurance Commissioner to conduct an examination of pharmacy benefit managers registered as private review agents; requiring that the examination be conducted in a specified manner and at least once every 3 years; requiring that the expense of the examination be paid in a specified manner; requiring that the reports of the examination be issued in a specified manner; etc.
