Pesticide Registration - Fees and Retention of Unexpended Funds

Synopsis:

Reducing the amount of unexpended funds that may be retained in a specified special fund at the end of a fiscal year; and increasing the fee for registering a pesticide with the Secretary of Agriculture from $60 to $100.
