Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Odenton Heritage Complex

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Odenton Heritage Society, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and reconstruction of two historic buildings in Odenton for use as a historical and community center; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified historical easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
