Money Follows the Individual Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from denying an individual access to a home- and community-based services waiver for services under specified circumstances; providing that nothing in the Act is intended to result in a specified reduction in federal funds; etc.
