State Procurement - Community-Schools Benefit Factor

Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Public Works to develop a plan to use a community-schools benefit factor in issuing requests for proposals for services and evaluating specified bids; requiring the plan developed by the Board to apply to specified procurement units; providing that the community-schools benefit factor of the plan includes consideration of specified criteria, including a specified written partnership agreement with a school in the community; etc.
