Private Residential Child Care Programs - Community Advisory Boards

Synopsis:

Requiring a licensed private residential child care program to establish a community advisory board; establishing the membership and size of the board; requiring the board to meet a certain number of times annually with the licensee and administrator of the program; establishing the purpose of the board; and requiring the Office for Children, Youth, and Families, in consultation with specified agencies, to adopt regulations that establish standards and procedures for community advisory boards; etc.
