Department of Juvenile Justice - Summer Opportunity Pilot Program - Extension of Sunset

Synopsis:

Repealing a restriction that limits the Summer Opportunity Pilot Program to not more than three counties; clarifying that the Program fund consists of moneys appropriated in the State budget as well as money from other sources; and extending the Program to May 31, 2008.
