Juvenile Justice - Group Homes - Certification of Administrator

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Human Resources, and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, by a specified date and in consultation with each other, to adopt regulations establishing a program to certify the individual responsible for the day-to-day administration of specified residential group homes licensed by each department; and requiring the administrators of specified residential group homes licensed by each department to be certified by a specified date.
