Synopsis:

Establishing the Task Force on the Marketing of Grain and Other Agricultural Products; providing for specified membership; requiring the Governor to designate the chairman; requiring the Department of Agriculture to provide staffing; requiring the Task Force to evaluate options and develop strategies for the marketing of grain, to examine specified costs and funding sources, to solicit and encourage specified participation, and to report to specified persons by December 31, 2003; etc.
