Establishing the Task Force to Study the Effects of Teenage Pregnancy; providing for the composition, chairman, and staff of the Task Force; authorizing a member of the Task Force to receive certain reimbursement, as provided in the State budget; requiring the Task Force to study specified consequences of teenage pregnancy on a teenage girl and economic effects of teenage pregnancy on the State; etc.
