Workers' Compensation - Termination of Payments - Commission Order

Synopsis:

Requiring an insurer or self-insurer to obtain a written order from the Workers' Compensation Commission stating that benefits are to be terminated before terminating the payment of temporary total disability payments or medical payments; and requiring the order of the Commission to be attached to a specified notice.
