Authorizing a public elementary or secondary school to allow nonenrolled home-schooled students to participate in specified academic classes and extracurricular activity at the school under specified circumstances; requiring public schools to give placement priority to students enrolled in the school over nonenrolled home-schooled students under specified circumstances; etc.
