Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study the Use of Traffic Control Signal and Speed Monitoring Systems; specifying the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Governor to designate a chairman; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to provide staff for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to undertake a specified study; and requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January 1, 2004.
