Maryland Health Care Commission - Evaluation of Mandated Health Insurance Services

Synopsis:

Repealing the duty of the Maryland Health Care Commission to make an evaluation and file a report when the full cost of mandated health insurance services reaches 2.2% of the State's average annual wage; requiring the Commission to conduct an evaluation of existing mandated health insurance services and make recommendations to the General Assembly; requiring the evaluation to include specified assessments and a specified comparison of mandated health insurance services; etc.
