Health Occupations - Licensed Clinical Pastoral Therapists

Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists to grant a license to practice clinical pastoral therapy to an individual who submits evidence of good moral character and professional ethics, holds a specified master's or doctoral degree, is a certified member of a nationally recognized pastoral counseling association, submits evidence that the individual has been engaged in full-time practice for 5 years since certification, and has completed a supervised counseling experience; etc.
