Defining services provided by a health care practitioner, in a home or other location, pursuant to a referral from a licensed nurse registry as work that is not covered employment for purposes of unemployment insurance and workers' compensation claims if specified conditions are met; defining specified terms; and generally relating to nurse registry referrals and covered employment under unemployment insurance and workers' compensation law.
