Crimes - Terrorism

Synopsis:

Prohibiting terrorism, threatened terrorism, and harboring terrorists; providing that violations of the Act are felonies, subject to imprisonment and fines; allowing restitution against persons and specified organizations; and adding the crime of terrorism to a definition of crime of violence.
