Synopsis:

Continuing the Division of Labor and Industry, the Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board, provisions concerning the employment of minors, the Wage and Hour Law, the State Mediation and Conciliation Service, the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Board, the Advisory Council on Prevailing Wage Rates, and the Apprenticeship and Training Council in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a specified date the termination of provisions; etc.
