Extending the Aging Schools Program; modifying the requirements for the content of a plan; extending for 1 year specified requirements relating to the State and local share of costs for school construction projects in Baltimore City; modifying the membership and charge of the Task Force to Study Public School Facilities; altering the date by which the Task Force must submit a final report to the Governor and General Assembly; altering a termination date; and repealing a termination provision.
