Natural Resources - Expanded Deer Management

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to include specified Sundays as part of specified deer hunting seasons; limiting Sunday deer hunting to privately owned lands under specified circumstances; providing that the provisions of law authorizing Sunday deer hunting do not apply in specified urban areas; requiring the Department to report and make recommendations on or before January 15, 2004, to specified committees of the General Assembly regarding aspects of its deer management plans; etc.
