Washington County - Correctional Services - Home Detention and Pretrial and Work Release Programs

Synopsis:

Requiring the Sheriff of Washington County to establish pretrial release and work release programs in addition to a home detention program and adopt regulations for each program; authorizing the court to recommend individuals in the Sheriff's custody who meet eligibility criteria and have no other pending charges in any jurisdiction to participate in a program; establishing that an individual incarcerated for or previously convicted of a crime of violence is not eligible to participate in a program; etc.
