Synopsis:

Altering the definition of light wine that is applicable to specified alcoholic beverages provisions of law by increasing to 15.5% the maximum allowable percentage of alcohol by volume; altering for specified counties the maximum allowable percentage of alcohol by volume for light wine; etc.
