Synopsis:

Allowing in specified counties the owner of wharves or other structures on or about the water to have the exclusive use of a specified area to grow and harvest shellfish; and providing for the ownership of oysters in Howard, Calvert, St. Mary's, and Talbot counties if the oysters are grown in specified containers that are attached to the piers and wharves.
