Synopsis:

Requiring individuals under the age of 17 to use certain approved gear and equipment in order to participate in specified youth baseball games or practices; phasing in the requirements over a specified number of years; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations; defining youth baseball and approved gear and equipment; and providing for the issuance of a warning if the regulations are violated.
