Maryland Energy Efficiency Standards Act
Requiring the Maryland Energy Administration to adopt regulations by
January 1, 2004, to establish minimum energy efficiency standards for
specified new products sold in the State; prohibiting specified new
products from being sold, offered for sale, or installed in the State
on or after specified dates unless the products meet the minimum
energy efficiency standards; authorizing the Administration to delay
the effective date of standards in specified circumstances; etc.
