Crematory Regulation

Synopsis:

Requiring a person to obtain a license from the State Board of Morticians before the person may operate a crematory in the State; expanding the powers of the Board; requiring an applicant for a crematory license to provide specified information to the Board; prohibiting the simultaneous cremation of human remains of more than one individual without specified authorization; defining certain terms; and generally relating to crematory regulation.
