Intrastate Hazardous Liquid Pipelines - Operations and Reporting

Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission to include an engineer specializing in the storage of and the transportation of hazardous liquid materials by pipeline qualifications on its staff; requiring the Commission to establish and adopt by regulation specified methods and best practices for intrastate hazardous liquid pipeline facilities; requiring intrastate hazardous liquid pipeline operators to report specified information to the Commission and the National Response Center; etc.
