Commission with respect to funding for the Maryland Health Insurance
Plan; clarifying the fiscal year used in calculating the funding for
the Plan; authorizing the Plan administrator to use premiums collected
from enrollees to pay specified claims; requiring the administrator to
deposit premiums in a specified account and to keep specified records;
requiring the administrator to deposit a specified amount in the
Maryland Health Insurance Plan Fund; etc.
