Juvenile Causes - Treatment Service Plans

Synopsis:

Requiring a juvenile counselor to meet with a specified child and the child's parent, guardian, or legal custodian in making a treatment service plan; requiring a juvenile counselor, in specified circumstances, to document when and why a parent, guardian, or legal custodian is unable or refuses to meet; and requiring that a treatment service plan include specific goals and specified information.
