Family Law - Child Support - Termination

Synopsis:

Increasing from 19 to 21 the age at which the right to receive support and maintenance terminates for a person who is 18 years old or older and who is enrolled in secondary school; and providing that the Act shall be considered a material change of circumstances for purposes of modifying a child support order entered before October 1, 2003.
